智通财经APP获悉，创升控股(02680)再飙涨超50%，该股于昨日复牌，仅两个交易日股价实现翻倍。截至发稿，涨50%，报12港元，成交额3002.39万港元。
消息面上，10月10日晚，创升控股发布公告称，主席钟志文向独立第三方王庭发转让75%持股，涉及4500万股，总代价为2.7亿港元，完成后，须按例提出强制性全面要约，每股现金价6港元，较停牌前收报溢价6.01%。截止后，要约人拟维持股份于联交所的上市地位。
此外，公司公布，预期于截至2025年8月31日止6个月取得约为1500万港元至2000万港元的溢利及全面收益，而截至2024年8月31日止6个月则取得约2290万港元的亏损及全面开支。
