Astaka (SGX:42S) appointed Knight Frank Property Management as the property manager for Arden Service Residence @ One Bukit Senyum in Malaysia, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Arden has a gross development value of 800 million ringgit and comprises 618 serviced residences with an average price of 1,300 ringgit to 1,500 ringgit per square foot.

Construction of the project began in May, and the development has already registered 80% sales take-up rate since its official launch in March this year, the filing said
