PNC Infratech (NSE:PNCINFRA, BOM:539150) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named PNC Renewable Energy to undertake projects in the renewable energy sector, according to a Monday filing with the Indian bourses.
The new unit has an authorized capital of 10 million Indian rupees, the filing said.
Shares of the company were down nearly 1% in recent trade.
