Skylink Holdings (SGX:XZB) changed its financial year-end from Dec. 31 to March 31, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The change aligns with the fiscal year-end of Skylink APAC to facilitate the smooth flow of operations.
Shares of the company plunged over 13% at the close of trading on Tuesday.
