智通财经APP讯，金石控股集团(01943)发布公告，配售协议的所有条件均已达成，配售事项已于2025年10月14日完成。合共2897万股配售股份已根据配售协议的条款及条件，以每股配售股份0.637港元的配售价配发及发行予不少于6名承配人，占紧随完成后经配发及发行的配售股份扩大后公司已发行股本的约2.81%。据董事在作出一切合理查询后所深知、全悉及确信，各承配人及其最终实益拥有人(倘适用)均为独立第三方。概无承配人于紧随完成后将成为主要股东(定义见上市规则)。
