凉州区康宁镇“小积分”攒出乡村治理新风尚
每日甘肃网10月14日讯 据武威日报报道（记者赵东晓）凉州区康宁镇建立“巾帼家美积分超市”，成为乡村治理新风尚载体，推动全镇精神文明建设迈上新台阶。
康宁镇完善《“巾帼家美积分超市”管理运行办法》，把村级重要事务量化成积分指标，按户算分，创新探索出“党建引领+积分超市+基层治理”模式，把好人好事、志愿服务、邻里矛盾调处、法律法规宣讲、技能培训、务工表现都列进积分事项，把积分和“全域无垃圾·凉州更美丽”行动、卫生户厕管护绑在一起，专门列出“负面清单”，乱倒垃圾、不赡养老人等行为都会被扣分，每月固定开展一次积分兑换。
截至9月底，超市已开展3次兑换活动，惠及30户家庭，兑换积分1019分。靠着积分奖励，助人为乐、孝亲敬老的风气在全镇扎了根。
