Nanfang Communication (HKG:1617) further extended the completion date for an agreement to sell its 4% holding in Source Photonics to Oct. 31, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The fiber optic cable maker first agreed to sell the stake in June and had, most recently, extended the completion date to Oct. 15 in September.
