10月14日，远洋服务（06677）发布通函，披露拟向控股股东远洋集团（03377）及旗下关联人士退回2418个位于华东的车位，交易对价3.12亿元以10年期有担保贷款结算，相关议案将提交10月31日召开的股东特别大会审议。
据悉，这批车位原是远洋服务2023年自远洋关联人士收购的4961个车位的一部分，现因扬州、南京、杭州三地车位分别面临法院查封、破产审查或税务风险，独立估值师戴德梁行评估其“现状无商业价值”。具体来看，扬州21个车位已被查封且异议申请驳回，南京1027个车位遭优先债权人查封并涉破产审查，杭州1370个车位或因税务问题被撤销交易。
交易结算方面，远洋集团指定全资附属公司作为借款人，向远洋服务或其附属公司申请等额贷款，贷款由远洋集团提供全额担保，期限10年、年利率2%，本金分7期偿还，前48个月可递延部分利息。财务上，远洋服务预计因此录得1.74亿元亏损，但无净现金流出，总资产将因存货（车位）减少、应收贷款增加而净减1.74亿元。
