智通财经APP讯，神通机器人教育(08206)发布公告，GEM上市复核委员会已于2025年9月23日对GEM上市委员会决定举行复核聆讯(复核聆讯)。于2025年10月13日，本公司接获联交所函件(上市复核委员会决定函件)，通知本公司GEM上市复核委员会经考虑(其中包括)本公司及上市科呈交的资料后，认为本公司未能维持GEM上市规则第17.26条所规定具备足够业务运作水平及资产的业务，以保证本公司股份(股份)可持续上市，并决定维持GEM上市委员会决定，即根据GEM上市规则第9.04(3)条暂停股份买卖(上市复核委员会决定)。
应本公司要求，股份将自2025年10月14日上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖，并将继续暂停买卖，直至本公司重新遵守GEM上市规则第17.26条、履行联交所可能制订的任何复牌指引及全面遵守GEM上市规则并获联交所信纳后，方获联交所批准恢复股份买卖。根据GEM上市规则第9.14A(1)条，倘股份持续停牌12个月，联交所可取消其上市地位。
