* 这一战略交易是Morliny Foods欧洲扩张的重要里程碑，巩固了其在欧洲其中一个最大的肉制品及方便食品消费市场的地位；此次收购契合Morliny Foods在欧洲拓展高附加值肉制品品类的战略布局
* 本次收购完成前需获得常规监管批准
