智通财经APP获悉，10月15日，国家发改委等部门联合印发《电动汽车充电设施服务能力“三年倍增”行动方案（2025-2027年）》，明确提出大幅提高私人充电设施建设规模。这一政策无疑为刚刚登陆港股的全球家用充电桩龙头挚达科技(02650)注入强劲动力。
本次发布的方案要求新建居住区固定车位全部建设或预留充电设施，既有居住区结合改造增补充电设施，并同步推进配套电网升级。目标到2027年底，建成2800万个充电设施，满足超8000万辆电动汽车充电需求，实现服务能力翻倍增长。
