China Water Affairs Group (HKG:0855) plans to undertake an international offering of USD-denominated senior notes, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.
The offering will be priced at a later date, the water supply company said.
Funds raised will be used to repay existing debt.
Shares of the company fell 2% in morning trade Monday.
