智通财经APP讯，酷派集团(02369)发布公告，为促进公司可持续经营及发展，保障投资者长远利益，并实现股东价值最大化，董事会经充分考虑公司现时经营状况、财务状况及未来发展前景后，谨此宣布其已议决视市况进一步于公开市场购回股份，但每股股份的实际购回价格不得高于紧接每次购回前五个交易日的股份平均收市价的5%(包括5%)。公司管理团队对集团前景充满信心。股份购回计划反映董事会及管理团队对公司长远业务前景及增长的信心。董事会认为股份购回计划符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益。
此外，鉴于股份购回计划及现有购回授权的现时运用情况，董事会拟更新现有购回授权，以不时获准购回更多股份。公司将召开股东特别大会，以寻求股东批准更新及修订现有购回授权。
