Utilities Up as Treasury Yields Fall - Utilities Roundup

Shares of power producers rose as Treasury yields fell and momentum built.

The SPDR Select Sector Utilities exchange-traded fund rose 0.9% and is now up by more than 20% for the year to date.

Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell hinted that the central bank may cut rates again in October, and could begin expanding its balance sheet again.
