智通财经APP讯，艾伯科技(02708)公布截至2024年3月31日止年度的全年业绩，收入为人民币约1.99亿元，同比下降78.1%。毛利为人民币约718万元，同比下降92.4%。公司拥有人应占亏损为人民币约8.04亿元，同比增长约2.3倍;每股基本亏损为人民币约114.90分。
公告称，收入减少主要由于智能终端产品销售收入大幅下滑，针对公司的清盘呈请引发了一系列负面连锁反应，严重影响业务正常发展所致。
亏损主要归因于：(i)对终止合并附属公司应收款项计提减值亏损约人民币约6.67亿元(2023年：零);(ii)销售及已提供服务的成本为人民币约1.92亿元(2023年：人民币约8.13亿元);(iii)预期信贷亏损模式项下的减值亏损净额约人民币1.12亿元(2023年：人民币约1.51亿元);(iv)财务成本约人民币约1,961万元(2023年：人民币约1,975万元);(v)研发及行政开支合计约人民币4,359万元(2023年：人民币约9,896万元);及(vi)其他亏损净额约人民币约721万元(2023年：人民币约5,459万元)。
