智通财经APP讯，湖州燃气(06661)发布公告，于2025年10月13日，公司的全资附属公司新奥发展(作为发包人)与浙江瑞美及宏耀建设(作为联合承包人)订立施工合同。浙江瑞美及宏耀建设将就天然气工程项目一标段，向新奥发展承包有关天然气管道安装等工程服务，签约合同价为874.4万元。
施工工程为浙江瑞美及宏耀建设(作为联合承包人)将承接天然气工程项目一标段(项目位于湖州市八里店镇、织里镇、高新区、东林镇、埭溪镇等)有关天然气管道安装等工程服务。
公告称，就使用天然气提供建设及安装服务护为集团的主要业务之一。实施有关天然气工程项目一标段，将有助于该等区域的天然气使用和服务水平，壮大集团在销售天然气有关领域的竞争力，符合集团的发展战略。
