智通财经APP讯，志道国际(01220)发布公告，于2025年10月8日，公司接获联交所发出的函件，当中载有以下公司恢复股份买卖的指引(复牌指引)：
(i)刊发上市规则规定的所有未刊发财务业绩并处理任何审核修订；
(ii)对就结余及集团收购公司的附属公司全部余下股权方面针对集团作出的若干指控进行独立法证调查、评估对公司业务营运及财务状况的影响、公布调查结果并采取适当的补救措施；
(iii)证明并无有关集团管理层及任何对公司管理及营运有重大影响力的人士的诚信、能力及品格的合理监管忧虑，而该等忧虑可能对投资者带来风险及损害市场信心；
(iv)进行独立内部控制审查，并证明公司已制定足够的内部控制及程序，以履行其在上市规则下的义务；
(v)证明公司遵守上市规则第13.24条；及(vi)告知市场所有重要资料，以供公司股东及其他投资者评估其状况。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
