北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）10月13日晚间，罗欣药业（维权）（002793）发布公告称，为完善公司治理结构，确保公司规范运作，经公司董事长提名，董事会提名委员会审查，董事会同意聘任姜英为公司董事会秘书，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会届满之日止。

简历显示，姜英，1987年10月出生，中国国籍，无境外永久居留权，硕士研究生学历。北京大学理学、经济学双学位本科，北京大学管理学硕士及香港大学金融学硕士。曾主要任职于国金证券资产管理分公司、光大保德信基金担任分析师，于国泰基金担任分析师、基金经理助理、基金经理。
