Wing Tai (SGX:W05, HKG:0369) utilized 715,900 treasury shares worth SG$1.2 million pursuant to its restricted share plan, according to an after-market filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
Following the transfer, the number of treasury shares declined to about 30 million shares.
