新浪科技讯 10月13日中午消息，新浪科技从知情人士处获悉，满帮集团近日在内部发文称，将取消集团统一“奋斗日”的安排。同时强调：本次调整不代表弱化奋斗精神，面对激烈的市场竞争，我们仍需保持拼搏意识，全力投入创造价值。

　　据悉，此前满帮集团将每月月末的周六确定为“奋斗日”，需要正常上班。对于取消“奋斗日”，通知称，本次调整是公司关注员工需求、优化工作体验的重要举措。

　　“希望大家以此为契机，提升日常工作效率，将制度调整的积极效应转化为实际业务成果，在高效工作中获得自我成长。我们深知，任何制度迭代都需适配不同发展阶段，持续调优是常态。”通知称。

　　今年年初，市场曾传闻满帮集团将赴港二次上市，随后满帮集团内部人士回应称，目前没有香港上市计划。公司会密切关注市场发展和公司业务的变化，随时评估是否需要在未来考虑两地上市的可能性。
