CapAllianz (SGX:594) completed the listing of over 3 billion shares at SG$0.0011 apiece, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were up 50% in Monday trading.
Following the placement, the total number of issued and paid-up share capital of the company has increased to over 12.2 billion shares.
