消息面上，据中研普华产业研究院最新发布《2025-2030年中国抗体偶联药物(ADC)行业研究及市场投资决策报告》指出，中国ADC市场规模预计将在未来五年内突破千亿人民币，成为全球第二大ADC市场。据悉，映恩生物-B的DB-1419(B7-H3/PD-L1双抗ADC)在实体瘤临床试验中展现优异疗效，标志着中国企业在双抗ADC领域的技术突破。
中金研报指出，根据Frost & Sullivan，2023年全球ADC市场规模约104亿美元，其预计到2032年将达到1,151亿美元。根据映恩生物-B公告，公司预计2025年递交DB-1303(HER2 ADC)用于子宫内膜癌在美国的上市申请、用于乳腺癌在中国的上市申请。公司DB-1311(B7-H3 ADC)在前列腺癌中展示出潜在同类最佳潜力，DB-1310(HER3 ADC)有望后来居上；DB-1305(TROP2 ADC)和双抗的联用探索进展全球领先，自免和双抗ADC不断推动下一代ADC前沿探索。
