Count (ASX:CUP), through its subsidiary Accurium Holdings, has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Melbourne-based McGing Advisory & Actuarial, expanding its actuarial capabilities, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
McGing principals Sean McGing and Neekhil Shah will join Accurium, ensuring client continuity and strengthening the company's actuarial expertise and market position, the filing added.
