智通财经APP讯，基石药业-B(02616)发布公告，2025年欧洲肿瘤内科学会(ESMO)年会即将于2025年10月17日至21日在德国柏林举行。基石药业核心临床管线CS2009(PD-1/VEGF/CTLA-4三特异性抗体)进行中的 I期剂量递增临床数据摘要和CS5001(ROR1 抗体偶联药物[ADC])进行中的Ib期临床研究设计摘要目前已在 ESMO官网公布。
其中，CS2009的摘要仅涵盖截至2025年5月8日(摘要提交截止日)9例患者的I期起点数据，旨在满足ESMO的摘要提交要求。
在即将正式召开的ESMO大会上，基石药业将以壁报形式展示CS2009在约70例晚期实体瘤患者中的I期剂量递增临床研究初步数据，这也将是目前已知全球首个关于PD-1/VEGF/CTLA-4三特异性抗体的临床数据发表。
