智通财经APP讯，中国水务(00855)发布公告，本公司拟进行美元计价优先票据的国际发售，其由附属公司担保人担保，并将向机构投资者展开连串简介会。
票据的定价(包括本金总额、发售价及利率)将根据建议票据发行的联席全球协调人、联席账簿管理人及联席牵头经办人Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc、Barclays Bank PLC、中国国际金融香港证券有限公司、中信银行(国际)有限公司、德意志银行香港分行、星展银行有限公司及日兴证券(香港)有限公司所进行的簿记建档活动结果而厘定。预期于落实票据的条款后，本公司、附属公司担保人及协议所列的初始购买人将会订立购买协议。
扣除与本次发售有关的包销折扣、佣金及本公司应付的其他估计开支后的所得款项净额将用作偿还若干离岸债务。在上述前提下，本公司计划将相当于本次发售所得款项总额的金额，全部或部分用作按照蓝绿融资框架为合资格绿色项目(尤其是供水项目)融资或再融资。
