Lifestyle Communities (ASX:LIC) said that Chief Financial Officer Darren Rowland tendered his resignation and will depart the company at the end of January 2026 to pursue other opportunities, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Angela Farbridge-Currie has been appointed CFO-elect, effective immediately, and will be supported by Rowland throughout the transition period, the filing said.
The company's shares fell 2% in recent Monday trade.
