智通财经APP讯，北京北辰实业股份(00588)公布，公司控股股东北辰集团计划自本公告披露日起 12 个月内，通过上海证券交易所系统以集中竞价方式增持公司 A 股股份，累计增持金额不低于人民币 4,500 万元，不超过人民币 9,000 万元，增持比例不超过公司总股本的 2%。
近日，公司接到北辰集团通知，为积极响应并充分运用好有关监管部门支持股票增持的政策工具，北辰集团与中国银行股份有限公司达成合作意向。中国银行股份有限公司北京奥运村支行已向北辰集团出具《贷款承诺函》，承诺对北辰集团增持公司股份事项提供贷款支持，贷款金额最高不超过人民币 8100 万元(大写人民币捌仟壹佰万元整)，专项用于北辰集团在 A 股市场增持公司股份。因此，本次增持计划的资金来源为北辰集团的自有资金及自筹资金(股票增持专项贷款)。
