智通财经APP讯，HMVOD视频(08103)公布，于2025年10月13日，公司与湖南快乐阳光互动娱乐传媒有限公司(快乐阳光)就有关暂定名为“Amazing Boy”的节目的授权及共同开发的潜在合作订立不具法律约束力的意向书。快乐阳光拥有该节目的版权及╱或授权权利。该节目为中泰合作的男子双人真人秀节目，预期播出10集。
根据意向书，快乐阳光拟授予公司该节目的资讯网络传播权，允许公司在授权地区，即中华人民共和国香港特别行政区、中国澳门特别行政区及中国台湾发行该节目，授权费用为人民币2百万元(待进一步磋商及落实)。订约方同意在签署意向书后14日内或订约方可能协定的较后日期磋商授权的具体条款，并订立最终授权协议。
