智通财经APP讯，南戈壁(01878)公布，公司于蒙古营运的附属公司 Southgobi Sands LLC(SGS)，已根据与 Khan Bank JSC(贷款人)于 2025 年 10 月 7 日订立的贷款协议的条款，订立本金最多为人民币2.35亿元(相当于约加元 46,095,250)的有抵押贷款。
贷款的主要条款规定，贷款人将向 SGS 提供最多为人民币2.35亿元(相当于约加元 46,095,250)的贷款。贷款期限自首次支付日期起计为期 18 个月。贷款按未偿还本金每年 10%的利率计息，按一年 365 天的基准计算。
