BlockBeats 消息，10 月 13 日，中国香港立法会发布《金融科技和数字资产最新发展》专题快讯，其中指出，港府因应议员的建议对《稳定币条例草案》提出多项修正案，包括在原有建议的四类认许提供者之外，容许储值支付工具持牌人亦可销售法币稳定币，未来建议将争取更多支持，在香港发展离岸人民币稳定币。
此外，香港透过发行代币化绿色债券推动绿色和可持续金融发展，至今在香港安排发行的绿色和可持续债券总额约 430 亿美元。
