德林控股(01709.HK)昨日(12日)宣布，启动美国房地产ONE Carmel项目真实世界资产代币化(RWA)计划，公司将其持有的4,000万美元权益透过区块链技术转化为数位代币，未来向股东进行特别分派，同时向潜在产链投资者开放的投资机会。 ONE Carmel是一个位于美国加州蒙特雷县卡梅尔谷的超豪华住宅项目，位于旧金山与洛杉矶两大经济创新中心之间，距离硅谷仅1.5小时车程。该项目占地891英亩（约3.6平方公里），规划开发66栋超现代温暖主义别墅，平均土地面积约4.38英亩（约1.77万平方米）。经过八年的开发建设，这个经历超过30年审批历史的加州顶级房产项目第一期工程已全部完工，销售许可将在今年11月取得，并开始康养会所及部分住宅的设计建造。
