智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，10月10日，亨泰(00197)股东将股票由结好证券转入百惠证券，转仓市值1753.04万港元，占比17.22%。
亨泰(00197)发布公告，于2025年10月8日，公司、认购人(公司主席、执行董事兼行政总裁林国兴先生)与配售代理订立配售及认购协议，据此，(i)配售代理已同意作为认购人的代理，按尽力基准促使不少于六名承配人按每股股份0.476港元的配售价购买配售股份(即3060.6万股股份);(ii)认购人已有条件同意(由其本人或透过其代名人)认购，而公司已有条件同意向认购人(或其代名人)配发及发行认购股份(即3060.6万股股份)，认购价为每股股份0.476港元(相当于配售价，较10月8日收市价每股0.580港元折让约17.93%)。
