路透台北10月14日 - 两位消息人士周二指出，台积电2330.TWTSM.N发出投标通知，将于下周一(20日)标售120亿台币绿债，其中五年70亿台币、七年15亿台币及10年35亿台币。
依据投标通知，台积电本次绿债实际发行增/减额不超过原订金额的100%、80%，预计11月下旬发行。中华信用评等给予台积电评等为“tw AAA”。
台积电于8月召开董事会，通过以不高于600亿台币额度分次募集无担保普通公司债。
路透暂时无法取得台积电对上述消息的回应。（完）
