智通财经APP讯，光启科学(00439)发布公告，公司于2012年7月31日采纳的2012年购股权计划已于2022年7月30日(即该计划采纳十周年的日)届满。于2012年购股权计划届满后，将不得再提呈或授出任何购股权。于本公布日期，2012年购股权计划项下合共有131.4万份购股权尚未行使，此等购股权将于根据2012年购股权计划所规定的行使期内继续有效及可予以行使。
鉴于2012年购股权计划已届满，董事会建议根据上市规则第17章采纳新购股权计划，以为参与人士对集团增长及发展所作出的贡献或潜在贡献提供激励或奖励。
