金吾财讯 | 航运股普升，中远海控(01919)涨3.42%，德翔海运(02510)涨2.56%，中远海发(02866)涨2.7%，辽港股份(02880)涨2.17%，海丰国际(01308)涨2.06%，太平洋航运(02343)涨1.57%，东方海外国际(00316)涨1.38%。消息面上，华泰证券表示，10月10日交通运输部发布公告，针对USTR对中国企业及中国造船舶加征港口服务费的反制措施，其收费标准与美方政策基本一致，中美双方互征港口费自2025年10月14日起生效。从贸易流向区分，集运受美方港口费影响较大，油运/散货受中方港口费影响较大。短期看，该机构认为船公司或重新调配全球船舶部署和港口挂靠，以减少相关成本，将造成供应链扰动，推升运价。中长期角度，按船公司国籍分布，中国籍/美国籍运力占全球比重为17%/4%；按造船国分布，中国造/美国造运力占全球比重为23%/4%（Clarksons数据，截至25年9月）。因此，在中美双方博弈中，中方航运业被征收幅度高于美方。
