新华财经沈阳10月16日电（记者李宇佳）记者从国家统计局辽宁调查总队了解到，2025年9月份，辽宁工业生产者出厂价格（PPI）同比下降3.1%，降幅较上月收窄1.4个百分点；环比由上月上涨0.1%转为本月下降0.4%。工业生产者购进价格（IPI）同比下降4.9%，降幅较上月收窄1.2个百分点；环比上涨0.2%，涨幅较上月回落0.1个百分点。
从两大部类看：9月份生产资料出厂价格同比下降1.4%，其中，采掘工业下降5.3%，原材料工业下降2.1%，加工工业下降0.4%；生活资料出厂价格同比下降10.4%，其中，耐用消费品下降17.3%，食品下降4.6%，一般日用品下降2.6%，衣着下降1.3%。
9月份九大原材料购进价格同比呈“二涨七降”走势。其中有色金属材料及电线类上涨1.4%，纺织原料类上涨0.1%；木材及纸浆类下降0.2%，其他工业原材料及半成品类下降0.9%，建筑材料及非金属类下降2.6%，黑色金属材料类下降4.8%，化工原料类下降7.8%，燃料动力类下降8.2%，农副产品类下降9.6%。
