Bowman Consulting Group (BWMN) said Monday it has bought Lazen Power Engineering.
The deal was funded with a combination of cash, seller notes, and equity, the company said, adding that it will likely be immediately accretive.
The deal supports Bowman Consulting Group's advanced geospatial services, the company added.
