截至2025年9月30日止9个月，集团在复杂多变的宏观环境与多重挑战下积极应对，一方面稳固并深化客户合作，提升加工产量，推进设备改造以优化生产条件与产品品质;另一方面持续深化内部改革，强化成本控制，落实节能降耗措施，推动整体运营效率显著提升。期内，尽管营业额较去年同期下降15.1%，但受益于外加工业务增长及库存销售贡献，加之集团持续加强行政开支控制，完善应收账款管理，并通过清理长期挂账进一步降低经营成本，带动经营业绩较去年同期实现显著改善，整体营运表现持续向好。
