智通财经APP获悉，周三，Bloom Energy(BE.US)股价走高，截至发稿，该股涨超6.8%，报121.75美元。消息面上，该公司与资产管理巨头Brookfield于10月13日宣布建立价值50亿美元的战略合作伙伴关系，共同重新构想人工智能基础设施的未来图景。
根据合作协议，Brookfield将投入高达50亿美元资金用于部署Bloom Energy的固体氧化物燃料电池技术，两家公司计划联合设计并建设多座“人工智能工厂”，其中欧洲项目将于年内正式公布。
