金融科技公司 Superstate 今日宣布，与全球中心化加密货币交易所 Backpack 建立合作关系，将原生代币化的上市股票首次引入中心化交易环境。
本次合作将 Superstate 的链上股票平台 Opening Bell 集成至 Backpack 交易平台，使 Backpack 用户能够像交易和交叉保证金操作加密货币和稳定币一样：交易操作经 SEC 注册的上市公司股票——而非代币化包装资产。
这些股票由发行方主导，拥有与纳斯达克（Nasdaq）或纽约证券交易所（NYSE）上市股票相同的 CUSIP 代码，并通过 Superstate 作为经 SEC 注册的转让代理机构发行。此结构使投资者获得直接所有权以及潜在的分红与投票权，同时也为未来通过 Backpack 钱包实现 DeFi 互操作性 奠定基础。
