金吾财讯 | 大型银行股普遍上涨，摩根士丹利(MS)涨7.15%，美国银行(BAC)涨5.2%，富国银行(WFC)涨2.69%，高盛(GS)涨0.84%，以上银行均公布好于预期的业绩。尽管美国各大银行都预测人工智能将带来效率提升，但目前尚未出现明显的裁员潮。截至第三季度末，美国银行的员工人数较上一季度仅减少4人，总人数约为21.3万人，与去年同期几乎持平。摩根大通同期新增员工2000多人，增幅约0.7%，其中三分之一以上的新员工加入了其企业业务部门。在确有裁员的银行中，裁减规模也不大。花旗集团在第三季度继续削减人手，员工总数降至22.7万人，同比下降0.9%。即便高盛集团已告知员工今年还将有新一轮裁员，该行仍预计到2025年底整体员工人数将有所增加。截至9月底，高盛共有4.83万名员工，比去年底多出约1800人。
