智通财经APP讯，多点数智(02586)公布，公司已就潜在收购两家香港法例第571章证券及期货条例项下持牌法团(目标公司)的100%股权，交付一份不具法律约束力的意向书。其中一间目标公司为根据证券及期货条例获发牌从事第4类(就证券提供意见)、第5类(就期货合约提供意见)及第9类(提供资产管理)受规管活动，而另一间目标公司则持有证券及期货条例项下第1类(证券交易)牌照。
于本公告日期，各方尚未就潜在收购事项签署任何具有约束力的协议，各方正就潜在收购事项的条款进行磋商。
集团认为，潜在收购事项将使其能够迅速进入受监管的金融服务领域，为后续升级第1类(证券交易)、第4类(就证券提供意见)及第9类(提供资产管理)牌照以提供虚拟资产交易服务奠定基础，同时也有利于集团构建融合“零售场景+真实世界资产(RWA)”的创新模式。
