Open Text (OTEX) signed a memorandum of understanding with Core42, a subsidiary of G42, to accelerate artificial intelligence, cloud, and automation initiatives across the United Arab Emirates public sector.

Announced at the GITEX Global 2025 conference in Dubai, the partnership aims to deliver secure, sovereign AI-driven solutions supporting the UAE's national digital transformation goals.

OpenText said the deal will combine its AI and information management technology with Core42's regional expertise to modernize government services.
