ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）主席 Paul Atkins 希望，在 SEC 将加密货币行业作为优先监管对象并探索监管路径之际，该行业的创新能蓬勃兴起。
周三的华盛顿特区金融科技周上，他重申加密货币与代币化是 SEC 的“首要任务”，表示要构建稳固框架吸引离美人才回流，同时打造合理框架推动创新发展，还半开玩笑称 SEC 为“证券与创新委员会”。Atkins 还提到，将推出创新豁免等方案，目标是打造“超级应用”，让多个关注加密货币的监管机构共同参与。他质疑，若大家目标一致，企业何必去多个机构分别注册？目前，政府停摆进入第二周，SEC 工作陷入停滞。本月初国会未达成资金协议，员工停薪留职，联邦机构行动也受到极大限制。
