智通财经APP讯，龙蟠科技(02465)发布公告，于2025年8月13日，公司已完成工商变更登记手续，并取得了由南京市市场监督管理局签发日期为2025年8月12日的新营业执照。公司的中文名称已由“江苏龙蟠科技股份有限公司”更改为“江苏龙蟠科技集团股份有限公司”及公司的英文名称已由“Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Co., Ltd.”更改为“Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co., Ltd.”。
于2025年10月2日，公司取得香港公司注册处处长于2025年9月30日发出的注册非香港公司更改名称注册证明书，当中确认公司根据《公司条例》(香港法例第622 章)第16部在香港注册的英文名称已由“Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Co., Ltd.”更改为“Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co., Ltd.”及中文名称已由“江苏龙蟠科技股份有限公司”更改为“江苏龙蟠科技集团股份有限公司”。
公司名称变更后，公司的股份代号、中文股份简称(龙蟠科技)及英文股份简称(LOPAL TECH)保持不变。
