新浪科技讯 10月16日上午消息，最近，不少餐饮商家收到信息，美团外卖将调整商家评分计算规则，增加“复购率”“餐品质量”“食品安全”等指标。

　　新浪科技从美团获悉，新评分规则将于10月20日开始实行，逐步覆盖全国商家，评分规则将从过去的“单一主观打分”变为“多维综合评分”，并增加“食品安全”等指标，更全面反映商家外卖服务水平，减少同行恶意差评、虚假好评等评分“内卷”行为。

　　据了解，今年4月，美团外卖开始在天津、佛山等城市开展新评分试点。新评分涵盖了“餐品质量分”和“服务体验分”两个主要维度。其中，“餐品质量分”包括顾客针对餐品满意度、包装满意度的主观打分以及门店复购率等客观指标，服务体验分包括商家消息回复率、服务负反馈率等评分项。对于新上线商家“冷启动”评价数量少、差评影响大的问题，新评分机制还增设“新商家保护期”，当新商家的有效评价积累到一定数量时，评分才会对外展示。（罗宁）
