COSCO Shipping International (Singapore) (SGX:F83) has further used SG$1.9 million from its rights issue proceeds to partially fund the construction or acquisition of logistics infrastructure and investment opportunities, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Following the allocation, the remaining balance of proceeds stands at SG$116.5 million.
