Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine Completes Debt Conversion, Share Placement

Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine (SGX:9G2) completed the conversion of a loan from Caterine into over 149.7 million new shares and a placement of nearly 19.8 million shares at S$0.035 each to various subscribers.

Following the transactions, the company's total issued share capital rose to more than 1.23 billion shares from around 1.06 billion shares, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore bourse.

The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange on Oct. 17.
