新加坡首次跻身年度全球养老金体系的最高等级，而荷兰蝉联榜首。
在今年美世CFA协会全球养老金指数中，另外三个获得A级评级的国家是冰岛、丹麦和以色列。周三发布的这份报告对52个养老金体系的充足性、可持续性和完整性进进行了比较评估。
报告主笔、咨询公司美世驻悉尼合伙人蒂姆·詹金斯（Tim Jenkins）表示，新加坡多年来持续强化其养老金体系，推动了其全球排名上升。近期政府官员着重提升透明度，确保人们更好地了解自己退休后能领到多少养老金。
新加坡的养老金体系以中央公积金为核心，覆盖所有就业公民和永久居民，由雇主和雇员强制缴款。2009年，新加坡在全球指数中仅获得C级评级——而到去年已升至B+。
“新加坡从C级一路跃升至A级，新加坡的经济也起到了推动作用，”詹金斯说道，并指出该指数的可持续性指标将长期经济增长纳入考量。
今年的排名中，美国位列第30位，英国位列第12位，日本位列第39位。印度排名垫底，评级为D，排在阿根廷、菲律宾和土耳其之后，这三个国家的评级也均为D。
