Structural Monitoring Systems Says CEO, Turton House Group Starts Proceedings in Federal Court

Structural Monitoring Systems (ASX:SMN) said that Chief Executive Officer and Executive Chair Ross Love and Turton House Group have started proceedings against the company and units in the Federal Court of Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The applicants alleged that they have been subject to adverse action and victimization, the filing said.

They are seeking inunction relief restraining the termination of their engagement with the company, compensation, and penalties, the filing added.

The company has denied the allegations and intends to defend the proceedings, per the filing.

Shares of the company fell 11% at market close.
